Inspiration for this project:

The initial inspiration for this project was the office. We had access to an office and decided that we would come up with something that we could shoot there. At the time I had just seen "Fahrenheit 911". I liked the film and believed what was presented was true from the point of view it was shown to us. A clip taken out of perspective can have several different interpretations. I decided to play that up. We batted around ideas like a "Real World" mock-up that takes place in an office complete with a confessional etc. The documentary style seemed right, but we thought it best to focus on a single subject. Then the "Fahrenheit 911" tie-in came. Interview the employees about their haggard boss and keep asking questions until you get some interesting answers.
